Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Goldbet, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended at any time.

One Account Per Person

Opening multiple accounts by the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended immediately and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

  • Each mobile number can only be linked to one account.
  • Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

Betting Rules & Result Settlement

All bets placed on Goldbet are made voluntarily and at the user's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature is active, in which case a partial or full cash out may be possible under specific conditions.

Result Determination Rules

For cricket, football, and other sports, the official results issued by the relevant international sporting body will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes for the related bets will be refunded.

  • Once a bet is accepted in live betting, any subsequent odds changes will not affect that bet.
  • We reserve the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a software error.
  • If a match is cancelled, the stake for a single bet will be refunded.
  • If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.
  • Bets placed on events found to involve match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.
  • Placing bets through system manipulation or the use of bots is strictly prohibited.

Goldbet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions must be made through an account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Process
